Star Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2)
I had so much expectations for this prequel I just felt let down. I didn't reread We Were Liars but I greatly remember the way it was written. There was so much mystery to it that this one didn't quite have.
Overall, Family of Liars just didn't hit as hard as We Were Liars. I just couldn't wrap my head around this one even though I so wanted to. If I reread We Were Liars again, I'll definitely try and see if this improves.
