My Top Books Read In 2023

Final post of my reading for the year 2023! I read a total of 45 books, fewer than all the years before but that's cause I'm busy. Though I will say, for a student, I feel like 45 books is still a decent amount of reading. Below are some books I would recommend from my reading this year, not in any particular order. Even though I didn't read as much, I've definitely tried to step out of my comfort zone (thanks to school) and read multiple genres. Anyways, cheers to books, reading, and a new year! 1. Love, Theoretically by Ali Hazelwood.  Of course, Ali Hazelwood will and will continue to make this list. Theoretical physicist Elsie Hannaway has a Ph.D. in physics (literally couldn't be me) but is in desperate need of a teaching position. She's hopeful at MIT until a certain Jack Smith, brother of her "boyfriend," shows up at threatens to ruin everything. But their chemistry OMG, a must-read. And can we mention the beautiful cover?? My Top Books Read In 2022

Here's a final post to summarize my reading for 2022. I read a total of 52 books! It's 10 less than last year but I still consider it to be a decent amount of reading, especially for a high school student. So, below are some books I would definitely recommend everyone to read. I've been really busy lately and probably still will be for the next year or so but I will definitely still post. Cheers to books and reading! 1. The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides. The plot twist OMG. I did not see it coming at all. It was such an excellent read. My friend recommended it to me since she found it to be super exciting and we had a really interesting discussion on the book. Review coming in 2023!

My Top Books Read In 2021

My last post of the year! I started my blog over a year ago and I'm so so happy I did. In the middle of a pandemic, I felt kind of lost but my blog has helped me get past this difficult time. These following books are the ones I've this year that stood out to me. This year, I read a total of  62 books! Out of the 62, these are the ones I would definitely recommend. Also, can we just stop for a minute and take in how beautiful all these covers are? Anyways, happy reading! 1. Amelia Unabridged by Ashley Schumacher. It's an amazing debut novel. The details that the author writes are just so good and completely shocked me. I got an ARC of the author's newest book and I'm so excited to read it! Review here

My Top Books Read In 2020

Last post of the year! I started my blog more towards the end of the year so this list isn't going to be very long at all. These books are the ones I've read from the time starting my blog that stood out to me. I would definitely recommend these books, happy reading! 1. The Astonishing Color of After by Emily X.R. Pan. This book has brought back many memories from the last time I visited Taiwan. The descriptions of the food and surroundings was just so beautiful. My Taiwanese heart~♡  Review  here   2. All This Time by Mikki Daughtry & Rachael Lippincott. This book was written by two authors and it was blended so nicely together. Also the plot twist for me was so unexpected and I loved the character Marley. I can't wait to read Five Feet Apart, the first book the authors wrote together! Review  here   3. Together, Apart by Erin A. Craig, Auriane Desombre, Erin Hahn, Rachael Lippincott, Bill Konigsberg, Brittney Morris, Sajni Patel, Natasha Preston, & Jennifer Yen. 2
